🚴‍♀️USA’s #mountainbike trails are bett 🚴‍♀️USA’s #mountainbike trails are better than I remember! After wrapping up morning appointments, I headed west to see how the terrain has changed as The University of South Alabama’s campus continues to grow. (new football stadium is near completion!!🏈) I’m happy to report the bike trails are well marked and frequently used, keeping the routes easy to navigate and relatively clear of debris. Lots of great twists, tight turns & even a few advanced obstacles for #thrillseekers like me😉. Be ready to switch gears often to tackle the fluctuating elevations and then power through unsuspecting curves....great workout that keeps the body & mind engaged! Check them out! 🏡 Happy #ClosingDay to my Buyer that secured th 🏡 Happy #ClosingDay to my Buyer that secured this adorable #Midtown cottage today!! We met 3 months ago at a nearby #OpenHouse, and after losing that #home in multiple offers, I assured him I would work to find him “the one”....b/c I truly believe that HE provides in due time...and that’s exactly what happened! It was meant to be!!! The home we found had just been released from another contract and we wasted no time scheduling a tour and submitting our offer:) AND it’s in better condition and offers a better location than his initial pick, so Win/Win!!!
